Farewell to the NewHope Bus

Published on July 30, 2025

After 15 faithful years of service, our beloved NewHope bus is being retired. This little workhorse has done far more than just move people from A to B, it’s been part of our ministry, our outreach, and our community.

From shuttling guests to Dinner Tonite, taking young people to camps, helping seniors get to church, and making foodbank runs to support those doing it tough, the bus has played a quiet but vital role in so much of what we do.

Unfortunately, it’s now reached the end of the road. The cost of repairs has become too high, and we’ve made the decision to deregister it.

We’re grateful for all the years it helped carry the mission of NewHope – quite literally.
