On Monday the 24th of November, we gathered as a church family for the NewHope Members Meeting.
As per the published agenda, the evening started with a time of worship, an update from our Church Council Chair, Tristan Ellett, and a video message from our new Senior Pastor, Andrew Sercombe.
The 2024 Members Meeting Minutes were approved, and we celebrated 63 people who have become members of NewHope since January this year.
Our Finance Director, Craig Neilson, gave a year-to-date 2025 finance update before presenting the budget for 2026. Voting was conducted and the 2026 Budget was approved by 103 of 110 members.
As requested in the meeting, Members can now access the 2026 NHCC Budget breakdown and the Balance Sheets for main entities (Oct 2025), in the “Member’s Area” of the Church Center app. Full minutes from the meeting will be provided later.
