Welcome to NewHope’s Baptism training. We are thrilled that you are considering this next step of commitment in your walk with Jesus.
Baptism is the outward sign of the inward decision you have already made to follow Jesus. At NewHope we practice what is called “believer’s baptism” and this online training course has been developed to help you find out more.
Please spend time with all five video modules below and use the Training Transcript and Reflection Exercises to go deeper. The videos are short and the whole course should take less than two hours to complete.

Once you’ve finished the online training, we invite you to fill out the form and make a time to catch up with a NewHope Pastor.
This is an important step where you will discuss your decision to be baptised and work out the practical details together. It’s also a great opportunity to chat through any questions you may have.
