WellSpring Centre: Christian Contemplative Tradition Course

WellSpring Centre are offering an introduction course to the Christian contemplative tradition, starting in February. 

In a series of 10 experiential workshops, we will introduce and draw on the ancient wisdom of several traditions of contemplative prayer, including Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, imaginative contemplation, mantra meditation and centring prayer.

No previous experience is necessary.

Dates: 8 Feb, 15 Feb, 22 Feb, 1 March, 8 March, 22 March, 5 April, 12 April, 26 April and 3 May.

Time: Each session runs from 11am to 12:30pm. You are invited to a BYO lunch.

Cost: $110 for the series of 10 workshops (ie $11 per session)

Facilitators: Roland Ashby and Ottavia Pittella.

Mode: In Person at Ashburton
