A small group of mixed NewHope seniors gather online each Thursday 9:30-10:15am to practise the spiritiual discipline of guided silence, or mediation together. We often follow with a short chat.
This is a time of setting aside our own agenda, and practising the presence of God.
Newcomers are always welcome.
