Red Frogs Pancake Drive

Published on November 18, 2020

Red Frogs is a support program for young people from the ages of 13 – 30.

We’ve made it our mission to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather; educate young people on safe partying behaviours; and promote alcohol-free and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.

Every year Red Frogs head to Australia’s popular schoolies locations to be a positive peer presence. Assisting school leavers in many different ways, offering pancake cook-ups, room visits, emotional support, walk home and red frogs.

With the heart to emulate how Jesus cares for people, Red Frogs is faith based and all about loving others.

This year Red Frogs will look very different, so we would love the support of our church family. There are two things you can do to help

1. Pancake Drive

Buy some pancake shakers and drop them off in the Red Frogs donation box near recpetion.

2. Fund a Frog

Sponsor a team or an individual to head on their mission trip, click here to donate

Several of our NewHope Young Adults serve in Red Frogs are Team Members, Team Leaders and our Youth Pastor Adam Southwood is the Rye Location Leader. We would love your support and prayer as we head down to support the school leavers.
