NewHope February Week 1 Launch

Published on February 17, 2021

Term 1 has certainly ramped up quickly at NewHope.  Our Shift Youth week 1 ShiftFest saw 150+ Youth brimming with life and energy take over the building.  Our Young Adults launch night had over 60 attend as many committed to a ‘Faith Kickstart’ of reading, praying & connecting deeper with God and groups of all ages have launched across the life of NewHope with Chinese & Persian gatherings meeting weekly too.

Our first February morning gathering for Worship reached Christmas Eve attendance levels (with online viewing continuing without decline) and our Kids Church also reaching a new record.   During the week our Middle Ground Cafe was back in full swing serving meals & coffee with many groups visiting, and with mainly music & PlaySpace running concurrently, the weekday buzz at NewHope is back.

Our Older Adults met in style with a large group in attendance for their first event and our PreSchool is thriving for 2021 with parents & families already asking about all the activities around NewHope that they can join in.  Prayer Ministry is back in full swing and any external events groups are already booked in and occupying our building spaces during the week & even weekends too.
