Medical Receptionist – Permanent PT Vacancy

Published on December 14, 2020

NewHope Medical is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and competent medical receptionist for our practice in Blackburn North.

We are a mixed billing clinic and fully accredited. In 2021 we will be opening on Saturday mornings, plus we will have 5 GPs and a registered nurse, 2 psychologists and 2 counsellors working, all of which means we need to increase our reception support.

Ideally the applicant will have some industry experience as well as a great reception/phone manner, be used to a fast paced environment and multi-tasking and have excellent attention to detail. Training will be provided on medical software and systems, phone triaging, etc.

The hours would be two days a week plus some Saturday mornings (after sufficient training).

Join our fun team to deliver top class medical care while sharing the compassion and hope central to our Christian faith. Contact the PM for a confidential discussion (Denise 0402 323 179) or forward your letter of interest to
