Maintenance at Middle Ground Café

Published on July 19, 2022

NewHope’s Middle Ground Café has been closed for maintenance work after a slow leak was discovered behind one of the walls. The damage caused by the leaky pipe was quite substantial and impacted not only the kitchen but also the toilet area behind the café.

Over the last few weeks, a team of tradies have been clearing out the damage and thoroughly drying the area, and on Friday we had the Health Inspector come and check all the work done. Now we’re waiting for the final paperwork to give the all clear so building work can commence.

The hope is to be back up and running in about two weeks time, but we encourage you to keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.

We’re looking forward to being back soon!
