We know it’s important to look after our wellbeing, especially in times like this. Care for one’s self matters but what does it look like practically, and how do we do it when so many other things vie for our attention and time?
The Live Life Well course is designed to empower people to live well in body, mind and soul. It celebrates the truth that God created us – every part of us – and is the one who heals and restores.
The course starts on October 13th and runs over 6 weekly Wednesday evening sessions at NewHope or via Zoom.
