As Pastor Allan indicated in his email last Friday, 3 Dale Court, Blackburn North is for sale again.

At the end of 2019 NewHope participated in an auction in an attempt to acquire this adjacent property which is critical to our master plan and future ministry development. After successfully  achieving our goal of gifts and pledges totalling $1,000,000 we were unsuccessful at auction.

And now the property is on the market again. The timeline is very short, with the auction planned for 27 February 2021. The list price is $1,050,000 to $1,150,000 (less than the previous sale price). Church Council is working through the matter and preparing a briefing for members. In the mean time, we are giving notice of a special meeting and inviting all members to attend.
