The Flourish Course

The Flourish Course is a Christian-based wellbeing course designed to help participants find greater joy, connection, and direction in life. The fundamental idea underpinning Flourish is that wellbeing is a skill – it can be learned. The course includes 6 modules covering practical strategies that when incorporated into daily routines, help people to flourish. Each module commences with a 1.5 hr group session, followed by individual learning exercises on 5 days of the week. It runs for 6 consecutive weeks with a concluding group session at the end of week 6 to wrap up the program.
