The Flourish Course is a Christian-based well-being course designed to help participants find greater joy, connection, and direction in life.
The fundamental idea underpinning Flourish is that wellbeing is a skill – it can be learned. The course includes 6 modules covering practical strategies that when incorporated into daily routines, help people flourish. Each module commences with a 2-hour group session, followed by individual learning exercises on 5 days of the week. It runs for 6 consecutive weeks with a concluding group session in the 7th week to wrap up the program.
